1. Who We Are

Instareservation.com is a hotel booking platform operated by Hydra Travels Inc., built to make finding and reserving accommodation simple, transparent, and reliable. We connect travellers with a curated selection of Hotel Partners, from independent boutique properties to established international chains, and bring their availability, rates, and amenities together in one place.

Our platform is designed around three principles: clear pricing with no hidden charges, dependable fulfilment of every confirmed Booking, and support that responds when travellers need it most.

2. Our Story

Instareservation began with a straightforward observation: travellers were spending more time comparing booking sites than planning their trips. Hydra Travels Inc. set out to build a platform that removes that friction, pairing a fast, intuitive search experience with the pricing transparency and cancellation clarity that travellers had long asked for.

Since then, the Platform has grown into a full-service booking destination, adding features such as real-time price matching, flexible cancellation filters, and a loyalty program, while staying focused on the same goal: getting travellers into the right room, at a fair price, without surprises.

3. What We Do

Instareservation operates as an online intermediary between travellers and Hotel Partners. Through the website and mobile application, Users can do the following.

• Search and compare accommodation by location, price, rating, and amenities.
• Book instantly, with confirmation delivered in real time for most properties.
• Choose from flexible, partially refundable, and non-refundable rate options to suit their plans.
• Track, modify, or cancel a Booking directly through their Account.
• Access customer support before, during, and after their stay.

4. Our Values

The following principles guide how we build the Platform and how we work with Hotel Partners and travellers alike.

• Transparency — pricing, cancellation terms, and property information are presented clearly, before payment, not after.
• Reliability — a confirmed Booking is a commitment we stand behind, backed by our Fulfilment Policy.
• Fairness — our Price Match Promise and clear refund timelines reflect a simple idea: travellers should never overpay or wait unnecessarily for what they are owed.
• Trust — reviews on the Platform are genuine, unedited for commercial reasons, and independent of any advertising relationship with a Hotel Partner.

5. Our Hotel Partners

We work with a broad and growing network of Hotel Partners across multiple markets, ranging from independently owned properties to internationally recognised hospitality groups. Each Hotel Partner is responsible for the accommodation and services provided at their property; our role is to make that inventory easy to discover, compare, and book with confidence.
