1. Introduction

1.1 This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Hydra Travels Inc., operating Instareservation.com ("Instareservation", "we", "us", or "our"), uses Cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 This Policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which describes in general terms how we Process Personal Information. This Policy focuses specifically on Cookies and related technologies.

1.3 By continuing to use the Platform after being presented with the Cookie consent banner, and after making your selections within it, you agree to the use of Cookies as configured, in accordance with this Policy.

2. What Are Cookies

2.1 A Cookie is a small text file placed on a User's device by a website, enabling the website to recognise that device on subsequent visits and to store information about preferences or actions taken.

2.2 This Policy also covers similar technologies that perform an equivalent function to Cookies, including the following.

Web beacons and pixel tags, used to track email opens and page visits.
Local storage and session storage, used by the Platform to retain data within the browser.
Software development kits (SDKs) embedded within the mobile application, used to enable analytics and functionality on mobile devices.
Mobile advertising identifiers, used for attribution of advertising campaigns on mobile devices.

6. Why We Use Cookies

6.1 Cookies and related technologies are used for the following purposes.

(a) To enable a User to complete a Booking across multiple pages within a single session.
(b) To keep a User securely logged in to their Account between visits.
(c) To remember display preferences, including language and currency.
(d) To measure the performance of the Platform, identify errors, and prioritise improvements.
(e) To understand which marketing channels are effective in driving Bookings.
(f) To display advertisements relevant to a User's browsing activity, where consent has been given.
(g) To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and abuse of the Platform.

6.2 We do not use Cookies to make any decision producing a legal or similarly significant effect on a User without the possibility of human review.

7

7. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

7.1 On first visiting the Platform, Users are presented with a Cookie consent banner allowing them to accept all Cookies, reject non-essential Cookies, or customise preferences by category.

7.2 Cookie preferences may be reviewed and updated at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link available in the footer of the website or within the mobile application's privacy settings.

7.3 Users may also manage or delete Cookies through their browser settings. Instructions vary by browser and are generally available in the browser's help documentation under "privacy," "security," or "Cookies."

7.4 On mobile devices, advertising identifiers may be reset or limited through the device's operating system settings, typically under "Privacy" or "Ads."

7.5 Where a User rejects non-essential Cookies, that preference is itself recorded using a Strictly Necessary Cookie, so that the User is not repeatedly prompted on every visit.

8

8. Do Not Track Signals

8.1 Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. As no common industry standard for interpreting this signal currently exists, the Platform does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Cookie preferences should instead be managed through the consent tool described in Section 7.

9

9. Consequences of Disabling Cookies

9.1 Disabling Strictly Necessary Cookies will prevent core functionality of the Platform, including the ability to log in, maintain a Booking session, or complete a transaction.

9.2 Disabling Performance, Functionality, Analytics, or Advertising Cookies will not prevent use of the Platform, but may result in a less personalised experience, repeated preference prompts, or less relevant advertising.

10

10. Cookies and Personal Information

10.1 Certain Cookies may collect or be linked to Personal Information, such as an Account identifier or IP address. Where this occurs, such Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy in addition to this Policy.

10.2 We do not knowingly use Cookies to collect Sensitive Personal Information.

11

11. International Use

11.1 Because the Platform is accessed globally, Cookie consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. The consent banner is configured to present the appropriate consent mechanism based on the User's detected location, to the extent technically feasible.

11.2 Users located in jurisdictions with stronger consent requirements will be presented with an opt-in mechanism for non-essential Cookies prior to their activation.

12

12. Updates to this Policy

12.1 We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Cookies and technologies used on the Platform, or changes in applicable law. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.

12.2 Material changes will be notified through the Platform or through a renewed consent prompt, where required by applicable law.

13

13. Consent Records

13.1 We maintain a record of Cookie consent choices made through the consent banner, including the date, time, and categories accepted or rejected, in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

13.2 Consent is generally sought again after a defined period, or where the categories of Cookies in use materially change, whichever occurs first.

14

14. Children and Cookies

14.1 The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly use Cookies to build advertising profiles of minors.

15

15. Social Media Features

15.1 The Platform may include social media features, such as share buttons or embedded content, provided by third-party social media platforms. These features may set their own Cookies and collect information about your interaction with the Platform, independent of any Cookie preference set within our consent tool.

15.2 Use of embedded social media features is governed by the privacy and cookie policy of the relevant social media platform, and we encourage Users to review those policies separately.

16

16. Retention of Cookie Data

16.1 Cookie data is retained for the duration indicated in the register at Section 5, after which it is either automatically deleted by the browser or device, or by the relevant third-party provider in accordance with its own retention practices.

16.2 Where Cookie data is linked to an Account, the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy apply in addition to any Cookie-specific duration noted in this Policy.

17

17. Legal Basis for the Use of Cookies

17.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies are used on the basis that they are essential to provide the Services requested by the User and do not require consent.

17.2 All other categories of Cookies are used on the basis of the User's consent, obtained through the consent banner, in jurisdictions where such consent is legally required. In jurisdictions permitting an opt-out model, non-essential Cookies may be used on the basis of legitimate interest until the User opts out.

17.3 Where Cookies are used to fulfil a contractual request, such as maintaining a shopping or Booking cart, that use is additionally justified on the basis of contractual necessity, irrespective of the consent status for other categories.
