1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Fare Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains how Hydra Travels Inc., operating Instareservation.com ("Instareservation", "we", "us", or "our"), displays and calculates the total price of a Booking, including the components, taxes, and fees that may apply.

1.2 This Disclosure applies to all rates and fares displayed on the website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1.3 "Fare" and "rate" are used interchangeably in this Disclosure to refer to the price of a Booking for accommodation and any ancillary service offered alongside it.

2. Components of the Displayed Price

2.1 The total price shown at the point of payment is composed of the elements described below, to the extent applicable to a given Booking.

2.2 The displayed total price reflects the sum of all mandatory components known to us at the time of Booking. Optional add-ons are shown and charged separately, only where selected by the User.

3. Mandatory Disclosure Before Payment

3.1 Before a User is required to make payment, the Platform will display the following information in a clear and itemised manner.

• (a) The base room rate for the selected dates and room type.
• (b) Any taxes included in the total price, identified by type where feasible.
• (c) Any Platform service fee applicable to the Booking.
• (d) Any known mandatory fee payable directly to the Hotel Partner at check-in or check-out, such as a resort fee, together with a notice that it is not included in the amount charged by Instareservation.

3.2 Where a mandatory fee payable at the property is not disclosed by the Hotel Partner to us at the time of listing, we are unable to reflect it on the Platform and it will instead be disclosed directly by the Hotel Partner at check-in.

4. Undisclosed or Drip Pricing

4.1 We do not knowingly add a mandatory charge to a Booking after the price has been confirmed and payment authorised, except for charges expressly disclosed as payable directly to the Hotel Partner under Section 3.1(d).

4.2 Any optional service offered after Booking, including upgrades or add-ons, will be presented with its own price and requires an affirmative action by the User before being added to the Booking.

5. Currency Display

5.1 Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the User through the Platform's currency setting, or in the default currency associated with the User's detected location, where no selection has been made.

5.2 Where the displayed currency differs from the currency in which the Hotel Partner's rate is held, the displayed price reflects an indicative conversion using an exchange rate updated on a periodic basis. The amount actually charged to the User's payment method is determined at the time of transaction settlement by the payment processor or card issuer and may differ from the indicative price shown.

5.3 Users who wish to avoid currency conversion uncertainty may select the currency matching their payment card's billing currency, where available.

6. Dynamic Pricing

6.1 Rates displayed on the Platform are dynamic and may change based on demand, occupancy, length of stay, day of the week, and other commercial factors determined by the Hotel Partner.

6.2 A displayed rate is not guaranteed until a Booking is completed and a Booking Confirmation is issued. Refreshing a search or revisiting a listing may show a different price than previously viewed.

6.3 Once a Booking Confirmation is issued, the confirmed price is binding and will not be increased retroactively, except where an obvious pricing error occurred, as addressed in Section 8.

7. Promotional and Discounted Fares

7.1 Where a rate is displayed alongside a struck-through reference price, the reference price reflects either the property's standard published rate or the average rate observed for comparable dates over a recent period, as indicated adjacent to the display.

7.2 Promotional fares are subject to the specific conditions disclosed at the time of Booking, including blackout dates, minimum length of stay, and advance purchase requirements.

8. Pricing Errors

8.1 In the rare event that a fare is displayed due to a technical, typographical, or data feed error resulting in a price that is manifestly disproportionate to the market rate, we reserve the right to cancel the affected Booking and issue a full refund, without further liability.

8.2 We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly and to notify affected Users where a Booking is cancelled on this basis.

9. Rate Parity and Comparison

9.1 We aim to display competitive rates but do not represent that a fare shown on the Platform is the lowest available rate for a given property, except where expressly guaranteed under the Price Match Promise.

9.2 Rates may differ from those available directly through the Hotel Partner or other booking channels due to differing commercial arrangements, inventory allocation, or timing of rate updates.

10. Taxes and Regulatory Charges

10.1 Applicable taxes are calculated based on the tax rate and rules in effect in the jurisdiction of the property at the time of Booking and may be subject to change by the relevant tax authority.

10.2 Where a Booking is modified or extended after confirmation, applicable taxes will be recalculated based on the rates in effect at the time of the modification.

11. Changes to this Disclosure

11.1 We may revise this Disclosure from time to time. Bookings already confirmed remain governed by the fare components disclosed at the time the Booking was made.
