2.3 We do not inspect, control, or guarantee the physical condition, safety standards, licensing status, or service quality of any Hotel Partner property.

3. No Warranty

3.1 The Platform, and all content displayed on it, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

4.3 Currency conversions, tax estimates, and fee breakdowns shown on the Platform are indicative only. The amount charged by the payment processor or Hotel Partner may vary.

5.1 Reviews, ratings, and comments published on the Platform reflect the personal opinions of individual Users and do not represent the views of Instareservation or Hydra Travels Inc.

5.2 We do not verify the factual accuracy of User-generated content and disclaim liability for any decision made in reliance on such content.

6.2 Users are solely responsible for verifying visa requirements, health and vaccination requirements, travel advisories, and entry restrictions with the relevant governmental authorities before travel.
